  • Upgrades golang.org/x/net from v0.51.0 to v0.55.0.
  • Upgrades root golang.org/x/sys to v0.45.0 for the safe dependency graph.
  • Preserves the v0.0.1 C0-to-C5 transfer receipt as immutable historical evidence while allowing post-release dependency upgrades.
  • Leaves Playwright test tooling unchanged.

Validation: govulncheck v1.6.0 reports zero reachable vulnerabilities; multi-module readonly tests, vet, builds, Chrome 151 E2E, Required CI, and CodeQL passed.
