  • dart_binary(record_use = True) provides the recorded @RecordUse uses as DartRecordedUsesInfo
  • dart_link_hook runs packages' hook/link.dart and provides their data assets
  • dart_library.link_hook names a package's hook/link.dart
  • A pub package shipping only hook/link.dart no longer fails a dart_binary or dart_test
  • dart_link_hook_actions in utils.bzl runs link hooks from inside another rule

  • Default Dart SDK is 3.13.5

Fixed

  • dart_test starts in the runfiles workspace root, so data files open by workspace-relative path
  • dart_test on Windows opens data files by workspace-relative path
