LastDose 7.2.10

A second LOG NOW on the same log within a minute becomes that log's after heart rate instead of a second log. Logs show before and after heart rate (e.g. 93 -> 112 BPM) on cards, the always-on screen and in history, and the after reading is now reliably captured while LastDose is open. Verified on a Pixel 7.

Heart-rate history: tap the live heart rate for a graph of your band's live readings over 1h, 6h, 24h or 7 days, with average, min and max (stays on the phone). Long-press the live heart rate to choose size, position on the always-on screen, heart icon, colour and the LIVE tag. A band left on its charger no longer shows or records a frozen 'live' reading. Verified on a Pixel 7.

• Live Xiaomi Smart Band 9 heart rate arrives from TiltTrace 1.2.2, which reads Notify for Xiaomi. Keep TiltTrace open.
• LastDose no longer opens its own Smart Band connection while Notify for Xiaomi is installed, so it cannot fight Notify for the band.
• Removed an unreleased Notify receiver that could never deliver heart rate.
• Verified on a Pixel 7: the signed release showed changing live BPM matching TiltTrace and Notify.
