runtime-v0.4.43 — bootmap (ROOT-FILE-MANIFEST)

Deterministic domain boot-map: session-open walk of the project root -> {path,sha256,size,mtime,class,owner} per file, persisted to a machine-generated BOOTMAP_MANIFEST.json sidecar under .bak parity with a one-line meta pointer, diffed by content hash against the prior-session baseline into a since-S +new/~changed/-deleted boot line. Folded into session-start [2/4] GC walk and session-end reseal; fail-loud check_map_coverage invariant in audit; owner=operator classification. No per-boot GitHub read. Resolves ROOT-FILE-MANIFEST. suite 1964 -> 2001 green.
