Eddy 0.6.21 beta

Improved ad blocking:

• Added URL path rules that can block ad scripts served from a site's own domain.
• Added support for filter exceptions, site restrictions, and first-party/third-party conditions.
• Prevented scoped rules from becoming whole-domain blocks.
• Preserved existing downloaded domain caches during migration.

Validation: unit tests, including six new rule-matching regression tests, and Android lint. No on-device validation was performed. The blocker supports a conservative subset of Adblock syntax; embedded video ads may still appear.
