Eddy 0.6.23 beta

Ad blocking fix, reported in the F-Droid review:

• Ads and trackers are now blocked on the first page opened from the start page or the address bar. Before, that page's earliest requests could load before Eddy knew which site the page belonged to, so nothing counted as third party.
• Google Tag Manager is blocked by the built-in tracker list.
• The About page links to the new website, eddybrowser.xyz.

Validation: 49 unit tests and 39 on-device tests pass on an Android 15 emulator, including a new test for the first-page case, and Android lint reports no errors.
