Bug Fixes

  • runtime: fence policy publication against an observed head (#685) (8e06702)

Embedded hosts can use Runtime::publish_if_head to publish against the head observed before validating policy inputs. A moved head returns PolicyHeadMoved; the host must read its inputs again. Existing hosts keep their publication behavior until they adopt this API. This patch adds no database schema changes.

Upgrades from releases before v0.35.0 still require the v0.35.0 upgrade procedure. SQLite schema 9 requires compatible binaries. Single-writer PVC installations use Recreate. Shared PostgreSQL installations freeze policy-input writes until all old serving pods are gone.
