First Pre-Release

First release. More functionality in the config file is planned. There is potential for discord bot API functionality allowing output to be printed to a discord channel in the future.
This release is compiled for windows. If someone finds this and would like a linux binary, let me know.

Please note that the config file must remain in the same folder as the exe file.
