Version 3.0.0 release for the GRB spectral-lag analysis accompanying the manuscript:

The Fifty-Fifty Problem: Sign Symmetry in Gamma-Ray Burst Spectral Lags

This release includes the processed Fermi/GBM and Swift/BAT spectral-lag catalogs, significant-lag subsets, zero-consistent event labels, diffusive-closure inversion outputs, plotting scripts, and reproducibility code used for the manuscript figures and tables.

• Swift/BAT verification lag catalog
• Significant-positive, significant-negative, and zero-consistent classifications
• Spatial and temporal null-test outputs

This release is intended to support reproducibility of the manuscript analysis and Zenodo archival citation.
