Factory now requires applicable proof from the exact production artifact before adoption. A successful build or test that substitutes its own resource list cannot replace that check. AgentOps also keeps accepted owner amendments in writer/review criteria and reconciles actual child outcomes before reporting completion.
For example, the retained OPD six-asset output is rejected for missing editor and panel resources, while the complete replacement passes. The check reuses historical evidence; it does not prove a cache cause or native user-flow acceptance.
Verification: required Method checks passed; eight skills checked; 11 unit tests on unchanged scripts/tests; five earlier handoff decisions plus two fresh pre-adoption decisions with their version limits retained. Independent Sol Max review accepted the repaired candidate in PR77 after identifying the adoption-timing gap.
This is a portable method release. It adds no runtime, service, permissions or automatic installation. OPD workflow and AIOS visual acceptance remain separate and open. Existing T3/harness setup and isolation limits are unchanged.
