Factory v0.1.3 — background-work completion and Connect setup

AgentOps now checks background continuations before cleanup, restart, archive or declaring a worker finished. A completed first run can still produce another turn.

Foundation also includes the native T3 Connect host commands and client-route checks for the documented Nightly baseline.

• Fresh Codex review accepted the final candidate; 8 skills checked and all 7 package tests passed.
• Live observations cover two concurrent worktree writers, background follow-up turns, and continuing host work while the Mac client was fully quit.
• The owner confirmed iPhone project/thread visibility. Phone notification/question-response, physical-host recovery and broader installation qualification remain open.

This is a method release, not a new service or application deployment. Publication does not install it: diff staged skills against installed copies, preserve local adaptations and verify native loading after adoption. The previous reviewed release, v0.1.2, remains available for recovery.
