The README now explains Factory's three access levels: the human owner, AgentOps and ADLC workers. A concrete example shows how the lead can receive scoped staging-delivery access without giving that credential to an implementation worker.

Foundation prepares and checks the controls. Technical isolation depends on the actual OS, sandbox and credential boundaries; three role names do not make three isolated environments. See the README and architecture.

Documentation only: no permission, runtime or skill-content changes. Unchanged skills retain revision 0.1.4 under the documented convention. Eight skills validate and all ten tests pass; independent source review is recorded in PR #18. Host and phone qualification limits from 0.1.4 still apply.
