Copilot task observation diagnostics hotfix.30
Copilot task observation diagnostics hotfix.30
Immutable diagnostic prerelease under the documented owner deployment allowance. Exact source b5fd14d retains bounded task snapshot failure reasons and schema field paths, validation codes and value types in private current-revision failed-observation traces. Generic native-read and lifecycle-projection failures have separate reasons. Stale/generation/binding outcomes omit the new failure fields; strict validation, genuine uncertainty, watchdog timing, persisted shapes, migrations and exact SDK/CLI/transport pins remain unchanged.
Typecheck, 1,412 tests (eight skipped), build, checkpoint/docs/release/secrets, all 16 isolated packed consumers and SBOM generation pass. Consumer logging must explicitly retain the new optional fields. The original lost response and historical Copilot recurrence cause remain unproved; no native model, installed activation or sustained production acceptance is claimed. Published .29 remains immutable; no stable npm latest promotion.
Aggregate ownership and fleet reliability hotfix.29
Aggregate Copilot ownership and fleet reliability hotfix.29
Immutable prerelease under the documented owner deployment exception. Bounds initial SDK startup and native mutation callers while retaining unresolved native ownership; preserves genuine permission uncertainty. Runtime journals command admission before binding locks, and active-only native history refuses stopped-session attachment. Optional bounded read-only managed agents registry exposes authored configuration without prompts or a second native owner. Recursive archived queries are bounded and preserve complete-result honesty across unavailable branches.
Public persisted lifecycle shapes, migration identities, native SDK/CLI and transport pins remain unchanged. New agents registry request requires coordinated protocol/control/Runtime/Gateway packages. Original uncertain receipts remain unknown. Authored child models are not proof of actual dispatch.
Exact source b9d537d passed typecheck, 1401 tests (eight skipped), build, checkpoint/docs/release/secrets checks, all 16 packed isolated consumers and SBOM generation. Development dependencies now use patched Vitest4.1.11 and supported tooling patches. Hosted/native-model/deployed acceptance is separate; this release claims none of those. No stable npm latest promotion.
Copilot recovery hotfix.28
Copilot attachment/activity recovery hotfix.28
Urgent prerelease under the documented owner deployment exception. Preserves uncertain native ownership, bounds attachment/read caller waits, retires those waits before Runtime shutdown draining, validates exact native IDs, withdraws stale healthy Working after activity-observation failure, and exposes a bounded private ownership diagnostic callback.
Public/persisted lifecycle shapes, migrations, native SDK/CLI and transport pins remain unchanged. Published .27 can reopen the same reduced lifecycle state. Existing uncertain command receipts are not rewritten, and pending interaction/child/task/queue evidence is retained.
No real model call or installed deployment is claimed by this framework release. Initial SDK start/native mutation waits remain a broader shutdown limit. Exact source/package verification is recorded in the consumer incident handoff. No stable npm latest promotion.
0.2.4-hotfix.27: historical delivery warnings
Historical delivery indicators
- Host-owned historical warning projection for unresolved terminal send/steer admissions after 120 seconds; exact observed native queue membership stays pending.
- Preserve original receipts and command uncertainty. No consumption, cancellation, failure or resend inferred from age.
- Copilot root and Codex root-item history reconcile only exact native message IDs through the fenced Host writer. Child/summary/omitted history cannot certify root delivery or repair interaction uncertainty.
- Bound and atomically validate private history facts; deduplicate large page replay without churning correlation rings.
- Advertise optional messages.deliveryWarnings v1. Protocol, durable migrations, native and transport pins are unchanged.
Qualification
Exact artifact source: 1d5b980.
Node 24.19.0 / npm 11.17.0. Typecheck, build, 1,317 tests (eight skipped), checkpoint/docs/release/secrets gates passed. All 16 role-isolated packed consumers, 69 packed regressions and release-build SBOM passed. Installed .22 protocol schema accepts the additive capability/state surface for both harnesses; no live routing qualification is claimed.
This is an owner-authorized urgent GitHub prerelease under the documented hotfix exception. No real model/native stable-release qualification, npm registry promotion or installed deployment is claimed. Consumers must pin exact published tarball URLs and integrities.
0.2.4-hotfix.26 — Copilot incident tracing
Copilot causal incident tracing
Immutable lockstep 0.2.4-hotfix.26, source be1732f213f4e44be35b870592c2e3eaea6dab36.
Adds the private bounded asynchronous incident hook, SDK/native attachment and ingress correlation, meaningful lifecycle before/after summaries, exact gap-policy decisions, observation/recovery fences and recent16 metadata. Critical evidence survives ordinary state bursts. Protocol, durable schemas, migrations, lifecycle policy and native/transport pins remain unchanged.
Exact Node24.19.0/npm11.17.0; source typecheck/build/1,262 tests, all16 isolated consumers,69 packed regressions,506-component SBOM, native credential-free loopback, Docker tree and100-session mock scale passed.
This prerelease uses the documented urgent hotfix distribution exception. No hosted CI, real model qualification, installed deployment or npm latest promotion is claimed. Existing .25 assets remain immutable. Consumer Windows/WSL preparation and deployment are recorded separately.
Aggregate reliability hotfix.25
Aggregate reliability prerelease
Exact source: 0057b8ac0241d38bfea45522bec7bf95ba168459; lockstep 0.2.4-hotfix.25, Node 24.19.0/npm 11.17.0.
- Preserve lifecycle certainty only for a confirmed optional ephemeral Copilot messages snapshot rejected solely by the existing wire envelope. Keep the stream gap and genuine interaction uncertainty.
- Add bounded private native type/ephemeral/wire-bound/lifecycle-impact diagnostics; public and durable schemas remain unchanged.
- Retire completed, untrackable legacy message admissions from pending projection while retaining command receipts, ambiguous outcomes and exact-ID delivery tracking.
- Add shared runtime/child stream reconnect stress for both adapters.
- Patch dev-only brace-expansion to 2.1.7. Native CLI/SDK, transport, protocol/profile and migration identities remain unchanged.
Qualification: 1,247 source tests passed; eight tests/one file skipped; source/typecheck/build/docs/checkpoint/release/secret gates, high audit threshold, credential-free pinned CLI/SDK loopback fixture, all 16 role-isolated package consumers, 54 packed regressions and CycloneDX SBOM passed. Deterministic control tree and 100-session mock scale passed with fixture cleanup.
No real model qualification or installed deployment is claimed. Original rejected owner-event types remain unknown. Four moderate dev dependency advisories remain; production audit has no vulnerabilities. Consumer Windows/WSL staging and live acceptance have separate receipts. Published as an SSH-signed GitHub prerelease under the documented urgent hotfix exception; no npm latest promotion or hosted CI pass is claimed.
0.2.4-hotfix.24 Copilot reliability
Coordinated 16-package 0.2.4-hotfix.24 prerelease, exact source d23d6ea.
Changes:
- Retire stopped, archived and replaced native replay rings; consume only authenticated owned archive replay, preserving identity/boot/epoch fences and unrelated live stream delivery.
- Certify an untouched quiescent cold Copilot resume as Ready with no completed cycle. Preserve raced work, incomplete hydration, continuity gaps and outcomes.
- Preserve later positive native active-resume status after a raced cold attachment.
- Correct Codex exit coverage to distinguish live terminal diagnostics from retired cold replay and prove new-epoch sequence-zero delivery.
Qualification: Node 24.19.0/npm 11.17.0; typecheck/build and 1,208 tests across 126 files; source checks; 16 isolated packed consumers; 11 packaged retained-binding regressions; SBOM; deterministic Docker tree and 10-runtime/100-session scale, with complete cleanup. Mixed tests use exact deployed Root .22 and Gateway .23 modules with corrected Host runtime/local control. Checksum inventory: 4eeff6256a37fc8a8f1a30f29f9fe1fecf74ed1c5d70fd02d495125a87b408b6.
No real-model, installed fleet or native Windows acceptance is claimed. The exact live poisoned event and original oversized Copilot payload category remain unproved; payload-gap prevention is separate work. Protocol/public lifecycle shapes, migration bodies, profile hashes and native/transport pins are preserved. This prerelease uses the documented urgent hotfix exception, does not promote npm latest, and retains all prior artifacts.
0.2.4-hotfix.23 — B1 prevention and private Copilot diagnostics
Agent Multiplex 0.2.4-hotfix.23
Exact SSH-signed artifact source: a36c000814c344fce1d5ad3d45ed344c6d0a79cc.
This coordinated 16-package prerelease includes retained-binding canonical metadata bootstrap, sanitized definitive authority-worker errors, child Archive projection updates, and private payload-free Copilot validation diagnostics. It preserves existing protocol, migrations, profile identities and native/transport pins. The original Copilot continuity trigger remains unproven.
Exact-source local qualification passed typecheck, production build, 1,162 tests across 124 files, source checks, all 16 role-isolated packed consumers, 11 packaged retained-binding regressions, SBOM, deterministic Docker tree and 10-runtime/100-session mock scale. The first Docker browser launch failed because the old default Chrome path was absent; the supported process-only Chromium path retry passed.
Artifact checksum inventory SHA-256: 612ed0504c9a2d34dc93efeedd194b410a00240b45f935ef1c80c9080655987d.
Distributed under the documented hotfix prerelease exception and the owner's publish/build authorization. Hosted CI remains unavailable due to the owner-deferred billing block. Authenticated registry qualification, real-model qualification and installed fleet acceptance are not claimed. No live service activation is part of publication or staging. No npm latest promotion.
Agent Multiplex 0.2.4-hotfix.22 aggregate defect candidate
Agent Multiplex 0.2.4-hotfix.22 — aggregate defect candidate
Signed source: 7ec290a45628327305da95cef6a0a32a6913c00f.

Local exact-source qualification passed: clean npm ci, typecheck, 1,115 tests across 119 files, production build, documentation/release/checkpoint/secret checks, 16 role-isolated packed-consumer checks, CycloneDX SBOM, deterministic Docker control tree, and 100-session mock scale. npm audit --audit-level=high passed with two moderate development-time Vitest findings. The tree and scale receipts are 20260929T083728Z-913be6b3a6f5 and 20260929T084150Z-f0c19acf4420.
This is an exact prerelease tarball distribution under the urgent hotfix exception. It does not promote npm latest, claim stable-release native-model qualification, or deploy a Host. Leo's coordinated source pin, Windows qualification, disposable Luna checks, and deployment remain separate.
Agent Multiplex 0.2.4-hotfix.21 Copilot gap diagnostics
Agent Multiplex 0.2.4-hotfix.21 is an immutable protocol-v6 prerelease for the Copilot continuity incident.
The runtime retains a bounded, payload-free native gap diagnostic in its lifecycle journal and offers a best-effort Host logging hook. It records a fixed failure stage, event kind, queue counts, time, and diagnostic ID. It does not establish the cause of the September 29 gap and does not change the cold Copilot resume certificate.
All 16 packages move together from hotfix.20. Codex CLI 0.158.0, Copilot SDK 1.0.14, and p2prpc 0.3.0-renewal.1 remain pinned. No real-model qualification is claimed for this release.
The source passed typecheck, production build, 1,100 tests across 117 files, documentation/release/checkpoint checks, high-severity npm audit, isolated packed-consumer verification, and release-build SBOM generation. SHA256SUMS and the package manifest identify the exact uploaded bytes.
