ADH-6981: Fix FairScheduler app table date column rendering - #31

Use FairScheduler-specific DataTables date column indices so StartTime, LaunchTime and FinishTime are rendered as dates, while State is left as plain text. Add FairScheduler app table column metadata and regression coverage for the DataTables column mappings.
