Are the options set and files in filesystem also into the backup?

When I set SetOption159 for example, is that then also in the backup of the configuration?
I tried decode-config and can't find it in the json output.
I found rules, but no options.
Is there a remote automated way to list and download all files installed on a device?
Is there a prefered way to implement such a feature, so I could contribute such a feature?
A way to list all files from a remote console would be needed then,too.

Only with both features available I really can recover a broken device.

SetOption159 is included in binary Tasmota dmp files and decode-config outputs:

• always in binary .dmp outputs (both in Tasmota dmp backups and in the output of decode-config)
• you can find SetOption159 under flag6 counter_both_edges in a decode-config json output (see also the "Note" under Format JSON output)
• as SO159 in -T cmnd option outputs

With wget, you can download all files with a command like:
wget -r -l 1 -np --reject-regex '(delete=|file=)' http://tasmotadevice/ufsd
Be careful about having the reject part right, otherwise it may follow the delete links :-D

From the followed links, names will be prefixed with ufsd?download=%2F, but you can chop that off with a small script.

I'd certainly not say that this is a "preferred" way, just a quick shot which seems to work.
