ARF is an access‑controlled governance layer that transforms probabilistic AI into deterministic, auditable, and mechanically enforced outcomes — built for environments where trust is non‑negotiable.

🎯 How It Works (High‑Level)

Every AI‑generated infrastructure decision is evaluated in real time and classified into three outcomes:

Outcome Meaning
Approve Safe – proceed automatically.
⚠️ Escalate Uncertain or high risk – human review.
Deny Policy violation or unacceptable risk – blocked.

Each decision comes with:

  • A plain‑English justification
  • A full audit trail
  • A confidence score

🤖 Web Crawlers & AI Training

robots.txt blocks GPTBot, CCBot, Google-Extended and disallows /api/, /v1/, /private/. AI agents are prohibited from training on ARF‑related content.
