Argodrive 0.2.0-beta.3 technical preview

This prerelease contains the curated Argodrive monitor, SSD measurement tools,
DeepSeek V4.1 settings and the opt-in Argodrive Wire TCP prototype. The source
is on the beta-20260914 branch.

The macOS archive is an arm64 ad-hoc technical preview. It is not notarized,
so macOS may require the user to approve it in Privacy & Security or remove the
quarantine attribute after downloading. A Developer ID certificate was not
available for this build.

The app bundles no model weights, raw benchmark captures, local machine paths,
credentials, or private network addresses. Hardware and model data are supplied
by the user at runtime. Verify the archive with the accompanying SHA-256 file.

Validation for this build:

• native wire node and client compile with clang warnings enabled
• cluster-state Python tests pass
• cluster-view JavaScript tests pass
• app bundle codesign verification passes
• clean archive privacy scan passes
