emrg: bump version to v0.2.56 (release: #873 #874)

Release v0.2.56 (host request 2026-08-19T20:02:59)

Version bump 0.2.55 → 0.2.56. Master is at f889715, with two changes merged after v0.2.55 that are not yet in a release:

1. emrg: GUI task primary/secondary list — drop last_cycle_summary from primary row + add reason column to run detail #873 — GUI task primary/secondary list: primary list drops last_cycle_summary; accordion secondary list adds time / work / slowdown-recommendation / reason columns (persisted vibe-check reason).
2. emrg: fix task_vibe_check LLM 400 from window-boundary orphan tool messages #874 — Fix task_vibe_check LLM 400 from window-boundary orphan tool messages (last_n_messages).

Bump touches the usual 8 files / 9 refs. Build Release hang protection from #872 (timeouts) is already on master, so the tag build should pass cleanly this time.
