Second Stable Version of UselessOS v2.2

This is the next stable version of UselessOS v2.2. It works on Windows, macOS & Linux because we outsourced the hard part to Electron. And we didn't have the courage to write it in C, C++ or Assembly. By the way you have to build for Linux Executables from source code yourself; I ain't building 'em.

Update (Patch): Shutdown command & Boot Menu Shutdown button Fixed;
Removed chmod because i like to sleep.
