• Rename to ArcaneSoulHelper and add release packaging
  Adds the BigWigs packager workflow and .pkgmeta for CurseForge releases,
  and renames the addon, its saved variables and its slash commands.
  Feature work since the last checkpoint:
  • Barrage counter reads the GCD from spell 61304 rather than inferring it
    from cast timings, which carried ~35ms of network jitter
  • Arcane Surge duration derived from Spellfire Spheres, estimated while in
    combat where the count is secret, with a confidence check that warns
    rather than showing a duration it cannot stand behind
  • Sphere count shown out of combat, so an early pull is visible beforehand
  • Soul timer recolours once the current GCD lands inside the window
  • Options panel with per-display colour, size and position, live preview
  • Gated to Arcane spec with the Sunfury hero tree
