• Rebuilds the title receiver, live campaign board, resource scoreboards, action rundown, state reports, dialogs, historical decisions, weekly recaps, and election night as one authored broadcast system.
• Removes gameplay blur, modern gradients, colored glows, pill-heavy cards, decorative hover motion, and the anachronistic web-font dependency.
• Keeps CRT texture purposeful on the physical title receiver and map surface while strategy data stays crisp.
• Adds a ninth Chromium journey protecting the visual system and campaign masthead.

Validation: clean npm ci, zero npm audit advisories, release verification, lint, 31 unit tests, production build, and 9 Playwright Chromium journeys.
