Responsive title receiver polish

  • Restores the full 1976: As Seen on TV! product name while retaining the network election desk as the art direction.
  • Rebuilds candidate choices as responsive broadcast profiles with face-safe focal points and intact names.
  • Fits the opening receiver inside short desktop, compact desktop, and mobile viewports without page scrolling.
  • Moves the version to the bottom-left as a keyboard-accessible link to the full DevLog.
  • Removes ornamental receiver controls before they can crowd compact widths.
  • Expands browser coverage to 10 journeys, including 1440x700, 911x700, and 390x844 title layouts.

Validation: zero npm audit advisories, release verification, lint, 31 unit tests, production build, and 10 Playwright Chromium journeys.
