This is a backup of the bootstrap file, containing the entire blockchain data until the block height 3456135
It can be used to restart the blockchain if all nodes are down.
The file is compressed with 7zip and it contains the complete mysql database.
Additionally, the accounts table is also added separately, for easier access.
