Dashboard redesign with a design-token system.

Changed

• assets/dashboard.css rebuilt on a CSS custom-property design-token system (dark translucent theme, consistent success/warning/danger tints)
• Emoji status icons replaced with dashicons and SVG status dots
• Emoji removed from the plugin name and description (wordpress.org-ready header)

Fixed

• Persian WooCommerce SMS gateway path case: src/Gateways/feresta.php → Feresta.php (case matters on case-sensitive filesystems)
