JAY Login & Register integration.

Added

  • New filter-based bridge includes/gateways/jay-login-register/jay-bridge.php:
    • Hooks jay_relog_send_otp at priority 20 (after JAY's own handler at 10) so the Feresta return value wins
    • Sends the OTP via the Feresta API, reusing the credentials already configured in the Feresta dashboard — no separate credential entry inside JAY's settings
  • JAY added to the dashboard's supported-plugins table
