Highlights

First release. roadrunner_telemetry is an event handler for Roadrunner 0.11 or later. It turns every Roadrunner event into a telemetry event, so telemetry_metrics, Prometheus reporters, OpenTelemetry and LiveDashboard can use them.

• Request events follow the telemetry span convention, with a shared telemetry_span_context
• [roadrunner, request, exception] carries kind, reason and stacktrace
• Turn it on with {event_handler, roadrunner_telemetry} in the roadrunner application env
