Fixes recurring light.turn_on error about exclusion group 'Color descriptors'. The coordinator now normalizes attrs to keep only one color descriptor per call and clears stale base-layer color descriptors when switching color modes. This prevents payloads like hs_color + rgb_color being sent together.
