Pre-release tag at commit d8ffeff for downstream consumption (ArkavoMediaKit 0.1.x, Arkavo apps).

Includes:

  • StandardTDF → TDF rename (planned for v4.0.0)
  • NanoTDF Collection support
  • FairPlay Streaming compatibility (AES-128, AES-CBC)
  • Standard TDF rewrap request format fix (#35)

Marked pre-release because v4.0.0 hasn't been formally cut yet — consumers should expect a final 4.0.0 with no API changes from this beta.
