Add the board image required by armbian/build#10601 for the new FriendlyELEC NanoPi R28S community board definition.

Asset:

• board-images/nanopi-r28s.png: 1920x1080 RGBA, transparent background.

Source material is from the official FriendlyELEC Wiki:

• Official NanoPi R28S product image: NanoPi_R28S-1.jpg

Only transparent background removal, proportional scaling, and centering on the required canvas size were applied. No generated or reconstructed product imagery is used.

Local validation:

• Image dimensions: 1920x1080.
• RGBA format with transparent background.
• Transparent corners and 15.2% non-transparent pixel fill.
