What happened?
I installed the edge and current kernels from the beta apt branch and noticed that the sm8250 generic kernel despite containing the patches to make the device's panel and gamepad work, they do not include the device tree despite them seemingly being part of the same patchset.
How to reproduce?
dpkg -L linux-image-edge-sm8250 | grep retroid
Nothing
cat /boot/config-6.19.9-edge-sm8250 | grep DRM_PANEL_DDIC_CH13726A
CONFIG_DRM_PANEL_DDIC_CH13726A=m
Confirmed patchset applied

main (main development branch)
