Update RTL8811CU driver to laster github source
Add 5.17+ patch:

• PDE_DATA renamed to pde_data
• complete_and_exit() renamed to kthread_complete_and_exit
• use eth_hw_addr_set(pnetdev, sa->sa_data);

Builds ok. Need additional testing on real hardware.
