panther-x2: move from CSC to EOS

Summary

Renames config/boards/panther-x2.csc → config/boards/panther-x2.eos. The .eos suffix marks the board as end-of-support, so it is skipped from auto-generated release matrices on the armbian.github.io target generators (CSC entries still get nightly/community builds; EOS entries don't).

File contents are unchanged — git mv only.

Test plan

• Next nightly / community target regeneration on armbian/armbian.github.io no longer schedules cells for panther-x2.
• No other references to panther-x2.csc remain in the tree (none expected — the suffix is only consumed by glob walks of config/boards/*).
