DOCUMENTATION.md: drop the dead PDF link - #1182

"Armbian Documentation is available in the following formats" listed the website and a PDF document at releases/latest. The PDF build was retired in 2024 and its releases have since been deleted — all 242 of them — so that link now redirects to an empty releases page. With the PDF gone there is only one format, and the line directly above already says where it is published, so the list goes rather than shrinking to a single bullet that repeats the sentence before it.
