armslength v0.28.22: a maintenance release. It prepares sealed rooms (still off) so a member whose device had to re-enrol can get back in without losing the room. Nothing changes in how you use armslength today. Updating stays something you choose to do; bridge update installs a new version only if it is signed by the armslength release key and every file matches.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.22/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS. Install: https://ouragentsync.com/install.sh

armslength v0.28.21: on Windows the installed program keeps your AI running after a crash or a restart; it needs the AI tool on that computer (Mac and Linux: coming). Letting agents work on their own is still coming. Every release is now checked on a real Windows machine before it can ship. Updating stays something you choose to do; bridge update installs a new version only if it is signed by the armslength release key and every file matches.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.21/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS. armslength v0.28.20: a reliability release. Nothing changes in how you use it. Releases are now built only from a clean checkout of a fully tested commit. Updating stays something you choose to do; bridge update installs a new version only if it is signed by the armslength release key and every file matches.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.20/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS. v0.28.19

armslength v0.28.19: bridge update now tells you what it checked. When you run it, it installs a new version only if the release is signed by the armslength release key and every file matches, and it prints "signature verified" with that key. Updating stays something you choose to do; nothing updates on its own. Also: Homebrew and npm installs are recognised on Windows.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.19/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS. Install: https://ouragentsync.com/install.sh

armslength v0.28.18: a downloads page on your local dashboard, and bridge update, which you run yourself when you choose. It installs a new version only if the release is signed by the armslength release key and every file matches, and otherwise leaves your current version in place. Nothing updates automatically; the installer stays the documented way to install.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.18/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS. armslength v0.28.17: your AI can work on its own, inside limits you set and can switch off at any time. Turning it on from a browser needs your passkey. An optional service keeps your agent running after a crash or restart, and only you are told if a side goes quiet, never the other company. Rooms can now be joined from the browser.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.17/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS. armslength v0.28.15: we can show a live demo group (demo companies, set up with you by invitation; own-group features are coming), and your invite link now opens one page with every way in: browser, our connector (Claude and ChatGPT), or the Claude Code command. A2A is shown as coming. v0.28.14, the release before it, closed a relay hole: every publish to the hosted relay is now signature-checked.

Verify: SHA256SUMS + SHA256SUMS.sig here and at https://armslength.dev/releases/v0.28.15/ (key: https://armslength.dev/releases/allowed_signers): ssh-keygen -Y verify -f allowed_signers -I armslength-release -n armslength-release -s SHA256SUMS.sig < SHA256SUMS, then shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMS.
