Download It — a free, native macOS video & image downloader.

Install

  1. Download DownloadIt-macos-universal.dmg below.
  2. Open it and drag Download It into Applications.
  3. First launch shows a one-time Apple security prompt (the app isn't notarized yet). Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway. You only do this once. Full guide: https://github.com/arnabbagxd/Downloader/blob/main/docs/INSTALL.md
  4. Install the two free helpers once: brew install yt-dlp ffmpeg

Universal build — runs on both Apple-chip and Intel Macs (macOS 14+).
