What changed

  • fixed DPD ParcelShop COD/card capability persistence so new COD parcelshop orders carry correct metadata into export
  • added backfill repair for existing COD ParcelShop orders via admin order detail button and CLI helper
  • added checkout and Blocks validation to stop unsupported payment/parcelshop combinations before export
