quickRS 0.1.0 for Windows

A song library and practice player for your own Rocksmith 2014 songs, played with your real guitar.

Download: quickRS-0.1.0-windows-x64.zip (below). Unzip it anywhere and run quickrs.exe. Read README.txt first.

What it does:

• Plays your .psarc songs straight from Rocksmith's dlc folder, found by itself in your Steam libraries.
• Scrolling tab that follows the song, with a note and chord panel (piano or neck), lyrics and a tuner.
• Scores your notes as you play.
• Loop a passage and slow it down without changing the pitch.
• Guitar input: the Real Tone Cable works out of the box. Audio interfaces (WASAPI or ASIO, including RS_ASIO
  setups) and a mic for acoustic guitar work too.
• Converts your .psarc files to feedpaks, an open, unencrypted one-file-per-song format. Open
  quickRS Converter.exe, check the two folders and press Convert. Convert songs.bat and
  quickrs-cli.exe convert-folder do the same without a window.

You need:

• Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit.
• Your own songs: none are included.
• Rocksmith's two decryption keys in keys.json, to read .psarc files. They aren't included; they're published
  in open-source Rocksmith modding tools. See README.txt. Feedpaks don't need them.

The exe isn't signed, so Windows SmartScreen may warn the first time: click "More info", then "Run anyway".
