Affordable Housing Analytics Toolkit (AHIP) — Version 1.0

This release establishes the first formal, versioned public release of the
Affordable Housing Analytics Toolkit (AHIP).

Included in Version 1.0:

  • Three nationwide decision-support dashboard examples:
    1. Housing Affordability and Housing Need
    2. Housing Supply and Development Trends
    3. Housing Priority-Area Identification
  • A separate 2025 Miami-Dade County residential permitting pilot
  • Public overview, replication framework, and Miami-Dade case study
  • Housing analytics reference guide
  • Responsible use and public access guide
  • Public website and interactive Power BI dashboard links
  • Data-quality, human-review, evidence-traceability, and responsible-AI controls
  • Version notes, citation metadata, and checksums

Important limitations:
AHIP supports professional review and decision-making. It does not make legal,
policy, engineering, underwriting, appraisal, funding, staffing, enforcement,
or permitting decisions. The Miami-Dade pilot is a local proof of concept and
does not limit AHIP's nationwide analytical scope. No government adoption,
endorsement, partnership, or national deployment is claimed.
