What this is

This source was pulled off the running Live site (arsnovasingers.org) on 2026-08-20, because the repository held only v1.1.0 and versions 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 existed nowhere else — no local copy, no backup, no other branch. The only surviving copy of this code was the deployed plugin directory on the production server.

This is the code as deployed. It is not a reconstruction. Every file was read verbatim from the live filesystem via the ars-nova/v1 plugin-file endpoint and written to Git without editing, reformatting, or rewriting.

Verification

All six files were size-verified after upload against the byte counts reported by the server's own directory listing. Every one matches exactly:

File Bytes
ars-nova-site-notes.php 16,359
readme.txt 4,540
assets/admin.css 2,926
assets/admin.js 11,734
assets/frontend.css 6,125
assets/frontend.js 23,312
Total 64,996

Two files (ars-nova-site-notes.php and assets/frontend.css) failed the size check on the first upload — each was one byte over, from an over-escaped backslash in a regex / CSS escape sequence. Both were re-uploaded and now match byte-for-byte.

Files not transferred

None. The plugin contains no binary assets — no images, fonts, archives or compiled translations. Nothing was skipped, and there is no known gap in this snapshot.

.gitignore and README.md from the existing v1.1.0 commit were preserved unchanged; they are repo scaffolding and do not ship with the plugin.

What 1.2.0 and 1.3.0 added

  • 1.3.0 — "↗ Open page" button on every row of the Site Notes review screen: jumps to the page the note was raised on, opens the panel, spotlights the note and scrolls to (and flashes) the linked element. Fixed back-end note matching so the new ?ansn_note marker is stripped before the admin-screen key is built.
  • 1.2.0 — "→ Claude" button on every note (panel + review table) that opens Claude Desktop on a new Cowork task with the note pre-written; Alt-click copies instead. New Site Notes → Settings screen for the project folder, branch name and site label.
