Ignore `COMMIT_EDITMSG` files in `<leader>fr` searches

Editing `COMMIT_EDITMSG` after closing it seems like something you'd never want to do. Also, there are often a lot of those files in my recent files history. 

Maybe I should just ignore all files in `.git/`?
