RoR - Saved Roast PDF Does Not Match RoR Observed

I am sure this problem traces to an incorrect setting - but I need your help figuring it out.

The RoR observed during each roast differs from the saved roast PDF. The RoR temperature range on the saved PDF tracks between 75-100 degrees hotter than what was observed during the roast. Can you identify what settings are generating this shift so I can adjust to obtain an accurate PDF. Many thanks.

I have attached files for 1) screen grab of the live roast 2) PDF of saved roast 3) RoR filter curves panel settings and 4) RoR curves.

Equipment:
Using Artisan 3.4.0 Build 2 (Legacy) on a 2015 MacBook Pro running OS Monterey (12.7.6). My sampling is set to 1.5 seconds. I have confirmed the machine is set to Phidget and the correct probes are selected.

I don't see any problem here. The RoR scale is on the RIGHT not the left. Your blue RoR line tops out at about the 33 mark on both the top and the lower graph. All that is different is the scale on the right, as it runs from 0-33 on the top image and 0-50 on the second.

Thanks Marko. I believe the RoR saved profile will match more closely what occurs during the actual roast with these new settings and also be contained within the graph space.

One last question. My FC timer once showed a count-down from dry end to FC. Where is the setting to control this feature?
