Executes R1-R4 from the N8 plan-of-record §3. - R1 own-stack offload inventory (5 migratable in-session checks → hooks/tests, file:line) - R2 category sweep (8 candidates / 6 categories, BFR verdicts, T16 problem-class statements) - R3 cost model (ROM estimates per lever vs metered line) - R4 local-model viability (REFERENCE + conditional BUILD, gated on validation bench) - §5 synthesis, §6 §1.7 forward/backward/self-application, §7 decision-needed (N0/D2/D3 + 5 proposed SSOT rows surfaced not written) Cold-reviewed (GO; all spot-checked citations VERIFIED) + orchestrator anti-collusion spot-check passed. Research deliverable only — no source/hook/principle/SSOT/README edited; SSOT rows surfaced for maintainer.

…n sequencing plan (#160) Records the autonomous Queue-mode N8 R-phase outcome into the sequencing plan §0 snapshot: - §0 N8 row: 🟡 «plan committed; impl pending» → ✅ R-phase DONE (#158→staging, Worker→Reviewer GO→anti-collusion), A-phase 🔲 pending D1/D2/D3 - §0 «what remains»: N8 A-phase gated on maintainer D1 (cost-lever A/B/C) / D2 (local-model bench) / D3 (offload priority), surfaced in findings §7; SSOT #64–#68 ship with capability - §2 Track-1 1.1 + §4 first-launch: marked DONE (recommendation actioned) No status invented — reconciled against PR #158 + the n8-rphase-findings deliverable.

Autonomous Queue-mode execution завершил Wave N8 R-phase — единственную реально-открытую research-волну (N1 и N4b оказались уже завершёнными деливераблами; N8 §2 сам помечен «not a finished answer»).
