Initial Testing Release: v1.6.2.ST
This is the first public testing release. It is still a huge WIP but all the things that the original VoxelMod did at the point of 1.6.0 are present and working.
Since the original mod was taken down today, I was under some pressure to get this fork ready for uploading sooner than I wanted to, so I apologize if there's any oversights.
Features should be the same as were present in v1.6.0 of the DramaticShapeVoxelMod, that means Stadium model support and VR, for example.
Please look at CHANGELOG.md if you're curious what exactly was changed in this fork vs. the original. Nothing is stopping you from using Kanto First Person mod with this, but I haven't been able to ensure it works with my version yet.
I am working together with other mod creators in order to add more features and compatibility with other mods where possible, but I'm just one guy so please be patient.
I tested this on Windows11 and on Android 14, using version 1.71 of gen1recomp.
Installation
- should be plug-and-play, just download the zip file and import it via the launcher.
- on desktop, you can select the Stadium ROM as you did before by using the file picker when you select the menu option.
- on mobile, please unzip the mod, drop your ROM into the baseroms folder inside the mod, then re-zip the mod before you install it via the launcher.
- make sure to disable or uninstall any other version of DramaticShapeVoxelMod (including its forks) to avoid potential conflicts.
- if you are having any problems that aren't about installing the mod, please create an Issue. I cannot provide help or support via discord DMs.
- if you are having a problem about compatibility with other mods, please also create an Issue.
