v2.0.0 Public Testing Release - The Big Fat Cleanup

This is a huge update that makes many changes.
If you're wondering "where did (feature) go??", it was probably removed or changed significantly because the features that aren't related to Voxel rendering are being taken out of this mod and moved to other mods.

v1.6.4 will remain online as a backwards-compatible LTS release.
The README.md will be updated very soon.
