My Cloud - General Purpose Sync Tool

A terminal UI for picking iCloud Drive files and pulling them down to your Mac, and pushing them back up when you want the space again. Full documentation: MyCloud/README.md.

Install

brew install arunabhdas/tap/mycloud
mycloud

Recreating the demo

1. Start the app in a folder worth showing:

   mycloud ~/Library/Mobile\ Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs
   

2. Record the terminal window with Cmd+Shift+5 → Record Selected Portion, and save the result as screenshots/mycloud-demo.mov.

3. Convert it:

   screenshots/make-gif.sh
   

   That produces screenshots/mycloud-demo.gif, which is what this page embeds. To cut it down to the interesting part:

   START=00:00:14 LENGTH=45 screenshots/make-gif.sh
