[feat] Lineage explorer and audit views

Goal

Everything traceable from the UI: a data-centric lineage explorer (object/dataset → producing and consuming runs, staging sources, syncs, exports) plus a view over the audit trail.

Workplan

1. Lineage graph view on dataset/object detail pages
2. Run detail linking inputs/outputs back into the graph
3. Audit trail view with filtering, gated by permissions

Definition of Done

• The lineage of a dataset spanning staging, compute, sync, and export is navigable in the portal

Test Concept

E2e against a seeded lineage graph.

Status: partial on feat/portal-next (pending): a run-provenance panel with live run-crate polling on metadata views, plus a client-side reverse index listing which catalog documents reference a file. The lineage graph explorer and the audit-trail views are not started (blocked on arunaengine/aruna#364, which has no backend surface yet).
