Lamina CLI v0.2.0

Persona-first design is now the canonical Lamina workflow. Every active Persona independently walks every Workflow before implementation; unresolved discoveries block readiness; Experience Cases compile directly from current walks; and WorkMap rows are mechanically scaffolded before file resolution. This release removes the redundant Experience Contract and Experience Evidence manifest, introduces WorkMap and receipt v4, and upgrades graph protocol compatibility to version 8.
