This release introduces the 7th AI tone profile ("Playful"), redesigned launcher icons, optimized asset footprints, and environment configuration fixes.

Download Replyfy-v1.4.0.apk below and install it on your Android device.
Known Issues
- Initial request may experience a 2–3 second delay if the Render backend is waking up from a cold start.
