This release contains the following utilities:
- BorderCzar - When pointed at a directory, this utility creates a sub-directory called _BORDERED which contains a copy of every PNG file in the original directory. These copies differ from the originals in that their width is multiplied by 2.37, the original image is placed in the center of the new image, and the additional width on either side is filled by a solid border of configurable color. In addition to these copies, the _BORDERED folder will also contain similar copies with the image data replaced by solid black, and the border colored solid white.
