Complete x86_64 Linux packages for NVIDIA RTX 20, 30, 40 and 50 series.

Each RPM, DEB and portable archive includes the five real-time audio modes, generation-specific models, the NVIDIA AFX feature libraries, and the measured CUDA/TensorRT runtime closure. Unused cuDNN and Studio Voice HQ payloads are intentionally excluded.

RTX 40 was exercised on an RTX 4080 SUPER. RTX 20, 30 and 50 packages passed artifact, model, runtime and architecture verification but still need hardware coverage on their target GPU generations.
